Garlic has a characteristic pungent, spicy flavour that mellows and sweetens considerably with cooking.

Whatever you do, don’t put raw garlic in the fridge. Cold temperature cause premature sprouting and thereby shorten shelf life.  Average home temperatures work great for optimal garlic storage.

Deliveries take place in Bonnievale, McGregor, Montagu, Robertson and Swellendam on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

Order deadlines: Monday 17h00 for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday 17h00 for Friday delivery.
